How do masturbation and sex feel different?

I just want to know if masturbation is different from normal sex.
Someone said that masturbation feels very different from real sex, I'm asking how it is.
Then, if masturbation is almost as same as sex, how come my desire is never satisfied with masturbation.

The bottom line is the results are the same it depends on how much aggravation you want to go through to achieve those results
