I do it a lot. And my friends do it to me. It means nothing to us. Although sometimes it can start crushes. But some people see this and think we're dating. Is this unusual where you live? Do you do it?

I had unprotected sex the week following my period. How soon can I take a test?
I am so anxious to find out if we're pregnant or not. My period ended april 18th, we had sex the 20th, 21st, 23rd and 24th. Do I really have to wait until I miss a period? That's an entire month away! I think I'll drive my self insane, can I find out any sooner? Any suggestions on which home test works the best on picking up pregnancy the soonest?

Answer by armywife well i guess it may not be the same for all women but i always thought that you had to wait exactley 2 weeks from the first day of your last period to get pregnant.... it wokred for me that way... i have 2 kids and now im expecting my third..... but you can take a test five days before your missed period if you buy "first response"!!! good luck!

girl, Better, ocean, THEME
Question by cnt: Is an ocean theme better for a boy or girl?
I am having my 1st child, we do not yet know what we are having. We have picked out an ocean theme, because we think it will work for either a boy or girl. We also think that if we want another one end have the opposite of what we get with our 1st them we could still use some of the stuff. Some people have put in their input and pretty much get that blue is for a boy and pick should be for a girl!!! I want to paint the walls a pretty blue and paint the trim a brown and have my brother do a wall mural on the small wall, it will be an under the ocean mural with tropical fish and all that. Don't get me wrong I love the color pink :) but I just feel in love with this ocean theme we have picked out. I feel like we could do alot of different stuff with our theme. So my question is do you think an ocean theme is more for a boy, girl or either sex?

Answer by MistressObvious It is for either sex - and let's face it, it's YOUR home and YOUR baby - do what YOU want!
People can't think outside of the boring blue for boys and sickly pink for girls - that is their loss. I really don't understand how the ocean is one sex or another - people just like to slap labels and things on totally random items.
I went with dinos for my baby's room before I knew what 'it' was and will use the same for my second, boy or girl.
It sounds like an AWESOME room - go for it! I'm sure that you and your child will love it either way, and that is what truly matters :)
Edit- Also, there are lots of ocean themed items from various companies - Fisher Price has a whole line of ocean themed swings, crib music aquariums and more. I've seen wall decals, framed ocean maps, cute little stuffed fish (and other ocean life) and so much more out there. Even a little sea-monkey aquarium or a real one with a few beta fish! Ocean-life is so bright and colorful, you'll have a blast decorating and finding themed items.
How bad is the pain from having sex for the first time?
Please do not tell me that sex is a bad idea or anything like that, I just want to know. My fiance and I are getting married this Saturday and I want to be prepared for the honeymoon.

Answer by Kari S Awwwww! I don't think it's anything unbareable. I guess it depends if he is a virgin too if not, you may feel very uncomfortable because he will be ready to go "deep" (sorry if TMI). If your both virgins, take it slow....everything will be natural.
:) Drink some wine and that will ease you right up! I had to drink to have sex with my husband after having my twins...
